🎭 2025 Winter Musical Coming Soon! 🎭

You’ve enjoyed our mainstage shows like The Wizard of Oz and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang; now help bring the magic of theatre to your own kids, as Cascade Community Theatre presents its 2025 Winter Musical!

This year we are doing something completely different by showcasing the young talent in our community combining our Youth Program with our Winter musical production, which will be of Disney’s The Little Mermaid JR.

Our Winter musical is open to all kids 18 and under. For those who are interested in auditioning for Disney’s The Little Mermaid JR., we will be holding auditions on Tuesday, September 23rd and Thursday 25th from 6-8pm at the Hillside Academy. We will send out more details on this in our September newsletter.

For kids (grades 3rd through 12th) that are new to theater or for those who just want a refresher, folks from CCT will present four helpful sessions (September 9th, 11th, 16th, and 18th – Tuesdays and Thursdays) at Hillside Academy prior to auditions.  From 6-7:15 each night, we’ll be teaching theatre basics and audition skills.

For those who are accepted to be in the Disney’s The Little Mermaid JR. production, rehearsals will start on October 9th and will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-8pm at Cherry Valley Elementary. Additional rehearsals may be added closer to the end, and there is always a full week of Tech/Dress rehearsals leading up to Opening Night. (There will be no rehearsals on Thanksgiving or during the two weeks of Christmas and New Years.)

Performances will run January 16th – 24th at the Wagner Performing Arts Center in Monroe (639 W Main St, Monroe, WA 98272), with 7pm performances on Fridays and 2pm and 7pm performances on Saturdays.
