Auditions: A Summer With Carol Burnett

Cascade Community Theatre is holding auditions for a sketch comedy group for teaser performances at Duvall Days and Sandblast, as well as stand alone performances in August and September at locations within Duvall and Carnation.

Audition Date: Tuesday, May 9th, 7-9pm (Additional dates may be added based on interest level)

We are looking to cast, at minimum, 5-8 people for general ensemble roles, with specific parts in each skit TBD. Race and gender are flexible; predominantly male or female casts may portray characters of the opposite gender. Age range is 18 and up; ages 16-17 may be considered if the remainder of the cast is of comparable age. We encourage actors, comedians, and improv artists to audition.

Audition materials will be sent for review leading up to auditions. Please prepare a pantomime of one of the following activities to show your overall abilities: climbing out a window, pouring and drinking a beverage, or opening a door and entering a room.

Rehearsals are planned for Tuesday/Thursday, 7-9pm at Tolt Middle School in Carnation, but may be adjusted based on actor availability.
