SUMMARY:CCT Youth Program Presents "Beauty and the Beast Bed & Breakfast"
DESCRIPTION:Come and see Cascade Community Theatre’s Youth Program performance of “Beauty and the Beast Bed & Breakfast”\, April 26th (7pm) and April 27th (2pm) at Carnation Elementary School!\n\nEver wonder what Beauty and the Beast did in their “ever after”? They did what every couple with a giant castle and a pesky curse to break would do — open a bed and breakfast!\n\nStricken with a hairy curse that’s only cured with hospitality\, Henri\, formerly known as the Beast\, agrees to help his wife Belinda run a bed and breakfast out of Beast’s — that is\, Henri’s — spacious castle. But Henri’s temper is tested at every turn by the guests\, including porridge superfan Goldie Locks\, magic bean salesman Jack B. Stalk\, highly implausible Peter Shepherd\, and the mysterious Miss Bonnie Redcap. When Bonnie’s basket goes missing\, Police Investigators Global Group International (PIGGI) launch a full investigation\, leaving no stone unturned as they seek out who stole Bonnie Redcap’s basket and try to figure out why Peter keeps crying wolf.\n\nFind out if Beauty and the Beast can find their true happily ever after In this silly and satirical sequel full of slapstick and witty wordplay!

SUMMARY:Audition Announcement: Too Many Doctors
DESCRIPTION:Cascade Community Theatre will be holding auditions on Saturday\, April 27th from 4pm-8pm for their summer production\, Too Many Doctors\, based on “The Imaginary Invalid” by Molière and adapted by Harriet Dexter Reagh.  This classic spoof of doctors and hypochondriacs is brought to life with a colorful cast of characters that hilariously highlights the drama that can occur when one “collects” illnesses and doctors. \nWe encourage people of all ages\, genders\, abilities\, and experience to audition. Our summer shows are intended to be a fun and lighthearted experience for both participants and audiences. \nPlease email auditions@cctplays.org to secure an audition slot.  We ask you to bring a completed audition application with you or fill one out on site. \nAuditions will be held at the Duvall Visitors Center (15619 Main St. NE\, Duvall)\, downstairs in the Rose Room.  Please use the downstairs entrance (look for our a-frame signs). \n  \nAudition format: \nCold read within the group; no monologue needed. Four outdoor performances are currently planned in the Duvall/Carnation area\, although this may extend to six.  Our performances typically occur on Fridays and/or Saturdays only\, with up to two performances per day. \n  \nPlease email us at auditions@cctplays.org with any questions you may have.
