About the Show
Cascade Community Theatre (CCT) hosts its 11th annual holiday production this season showcasing Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II’s timeless classic, Cinderella. Production runs December 6th through 14th at Wagner Performing Arts Center in Monroe, WA.
Originally presented on television in 1957 starring Julie Andrews, Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella was the most widely viewed program in the history of the medium. Its recreations in 1965 and 1997 (starring Lesley Ann Warren and Brandy, respectively), were no less successful in transporting new generations to the miraculous kingdom of dreams-come-true. This adaptation for the stage, with great warmth and more than a touch of hilarity, will cause the hearts of children and adults alike to soar when the glass slipper fits.
