7 Ways to Say I Love You, July 17-25, 2026

This summer, Cascade Community Theatre brought 7 Ways to Say I Love You to Lavender at Stillwater on Misty Valley Farm in Carnation for four performances over two weekends in July.

Written by New York playwright Adam Szymkowicz, the show is a collection of seven short plays, each with its own style and story. An awkward attempt to ask out a pizza store clerk, a campy infidelity-revenge comedy, and a couple destined to be together no matter the obstacles all circle the same timeless theme: love, in all its humor, heartache, and grief.

Director Sarah Amador and producer Angel Pipinich brought the evening together, with a cast that moved between the comedy and the tenderness of each vignette.
